Willy Ross

Will Ross has been an integral part of the Austin health and fitness community for the last 18 years. He has dedicated his career to positions that assist his clients in overcoming the health and lifestyle challenges presented by sedentary office work environments. Rather than focusing solely on short-term efforts, Will strives to help people enrich their everyday way of life with new ideas and attitudes on fitness and health issues. He is an Austin cycling legend with a long history of giving back to the sport, coaching, clinics and camps. Will and Barry Lee co founded United Youth Sports in Austrin over 10 years ago. They created and started Pace Bend Road Race, the Austin Thursday Crit Series at several locations including McKinney Falls State Park and The Driveway.

An ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Will has broad experience and special expertise as a cycling coach, group trainer and individual personal training. He also has extensive knowledge of the human body and muscle structure developed over ten years past experience as a licensed massage therapist.

Prior to forming his own business Will was a manager, personal trainer and cycling coordinator with Pure Austin Fitness. He has developed a dedicated clientele as well as a trusted position in the fitness community. With his new venture, Will looks forward to continuing and growing his leadership role in the Austin fitness world.

When he isn’t working with clients to help them achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals, Will can be seen on the local road, cross bike and triathlon racing circuit. As a competitive cyclist Will has a long record of achievement in both national and state events. Locally he helped found the cycling teams United Youth Sports, Texas Premier Men’s Racing Team and Team San Jose.

Will resides in South Austin with his wife and two children.
